Robert Cooper joined Incept Labs in 2014. Having studied law and information technology at university, Robert spent several years working with the South Australian Department of Education and Children’s Services. Here he designed and deployed the data collection, management, and storage protocols for a multi-year, multi-site research project on effective teaching and learning. He was also responsible for managing logistics and engagement with a statewide professional development initiative.

Since joining Incept Labs, Robert has been involved in a wide range of projects at throughout all stages of the project lifecycle. From resource and participant scheduling, to data analysis and reporting, Robert has a breadth of skills that support all parts of successful project execution. This has included organising personnel and travel logistics throughout Malaysia and across the Top End of Australia for data collection activities at a range of sites, from inner city to very remote.

In addition to project delivery, Robert also supports a range of the business’s internal operations. From day-to-day activities of on-boarding new customers, to finance and procurement, Robert has established organisational processes and maintains operational support. He has also led the knowledge management transformation project at Incept Labs which has established a single repository of literature and resources to support all aspects of client engagements.

In addition to holding a bachelor of information technology, Robert has a first class honours degree in laws and legal practice. His thesis explored the regulatory structures of ecclesiastical property trusts and examined the interface between Church and State.
